Mentoring and Teen Life Coaching

The Mission of Crystal Pearls SiStar Circle is to encourage girls to develop peer-to-peer mentoring and build a sisterhood. Girls who participate will get support from fellow SiStars, learn social skills, use restorative justice circles to resolve conflict, high school preparation and have fun with bonding activities. We will participate in a school workshop that will engage future mentors to learn about the program.
